Passenger Interaction

We have been providing luxury ground transportation services safely throughout the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic.
In short, we have been revising and refining our safety protocols throughout. But we are not finished yet. Safety is never finished. We modified our driver and passenger interaction practices.
Your chauffeur will open and close doors to the vehicle and the trunk, and passengers can handle their own luggage to avoid even the chance of cross-contamination.
Our chauffeurs also have been instructed to not shake hands with passengers.
We mandate face coverings for chauffeurs and we advise passengers to do the same, while inside the vehicle.
We are cleaning and disinfecting our vehicles multiple times each day, including between all passenger changes. This cleaning process includes, but is not limited to all handles, power switches, door storage areas, windows, cup holders, car seats (including booster seats), trunk & seatbelts.
